Tickzy is a free, browser-based interval timer application. The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Account creation is optional. If you sign in via Google, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its normal operation, or attempt to access it through unauthorized means.

5. Limitation of Liability

Tickzy and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
